Jennifer Starlight, MA

Hello, and thank you for being here. I’m glad you found your way to this page. I want to share a little about myself and the work I offer, because this path can feel deeply personal, and it matters who you choose to walk with.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and I am a Reconnection Certified Practitioner. My work brings together psychological insight and energy-based healing to support deep, lasting inner transformation. Through my own lived experience, combined with teachings such as A Course in Miracles and The Way of Mastery, I help people make sense of what’s happening inside them. My role is to help you ground the process, integrate the changes you’re experiencing, and reconnect with the peace and clarity your soul is reaching for.

Along with inner healing and awakening support, I also offer energy healing sessions to help support your ascension and assist your system in adjusting to the shifts you’re moving through.

The awakening process doesn’t look the same for everyone. Some people are shaken awake overnight, while others slowly peel back the layers over months or years. Either way, it can feel like your entire world is shifting. You may begin letting go of old values, old beliefs, and things you once thought were absolutely true. For a while, this can feel beautiful. Life may feel brighter and clearer, and you may begin to see through the illusion. You start remembering who you really are.

This process isn’t about escaping life or trying to become “spiritual.” It’s about coming into deeper alignment with your authentic self. It’s learning to live from the inside out instead of from fear, roles, or external expectations. Awakening often invites us to slow down, listen inwardly, and gently integrate parts of ourselves that were ignored, suppressed, or pushed aside for a long time.

Many people come to this work feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to trust. You may recognize yourself in some of these experiences:

• Feeling a strong urge to make major life changes, such as leaving a job, ending a relationship, or moving to a completely different place
• Suddenly feeling “too different” from a partner, family member, or friends, and questioning whether relationships can continue in the same way
• A deep sense of restlessness or dissatisfaction, even when life looks “fine” on the outside
• Feeling disconnected from old goals, identities, or roles that once defined you
• Increased sensitivity to environments, people, noise, or emotional energy
• Wanting more solitude, quiet, or time in nature, and feeling drained by social expectations
• Questioning long-held beliefs about success, purpose, religion, or the meaning of life
• Feeling emotionally raw, tender, or open, with waves of grief, anxiety, or sadness that don’t seem to have a clear cause
• Wondering if something is “wrong” with you because others don’t understand what you’re going through
• Feeling pulled toward truth, simplicity, and authenticity, even when it means letting go of familiar comforts
• Experiencing moments of deep clarity or peace followed by periods of doubt or confusion
• Fearing the loss of relationships, stability, or identity as things begin to change
• Wanting guidance without being told what to do or who to become

This is where conscious guidance can help. Support allows you to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and move forward in a way that honors both your inner truth and your real-world responsibilities.

For many, the harder phase eventually appears, what’s often called the dark night of the soul. This is where we begin to meet our shadows. It’s also where people tend to feel the most alone. There can be deep confusion about why emotions like depression, anxiety, sadness, or emotional overwhelm suddenly surface. Old trauma wounds may come back into awareness. Friends and family may not understand the changes you’re going through, or why the things you once cared about no longer hold the same meaning. Your soul begins craving peace, truth, and depth more than anything else.

I’ve been through all of this myself, the unraveling, the confusion, the breakthroughs, the searching, the finding, and the healing. I’ve made it to the other side with a clearer sense of who I am and why I’m here. My role now is to walk with you as you move through your own awakening. You don’t have to figure this out alone. I understand this terrain deeply. You are not “crazy,” you are not broken, and you are not alone. Your soul is waking up and longing for more.

This path isn’t easy, but it is sacred. And when you have someone walking beside you who understands the terrain, the journey becomes less overwhelming and far more grounding. You are not alone in this. I’m here to help you find your way.
